1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Sealed Form (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Sealed Form lets you build digital forms and collect submissions that are verified, timestamped, and sealed. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect data unlawfully or without the required consent from your form respondents.
• Send spam, malware, or otherwise abuse the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without permission.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

5. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the forms you build and the submissions you collect. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service on your behalf.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sealed Form isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
