Data Deletion

1. Overview

You can request permanent deletion of your account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how the process works and what to expect.

2. How to request deletion

Choose either option:

• In-app: go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account, and confirm the request.
• By email: send a request from your account’s registered email address to hello@sealedform.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

3. What gets deleted

Once confirmed, we permanently delete your account profile, your forms, and the submissions collected through them, along with associated files and activity logs.

4. Retention exceptions

We may retain limited records where required by law, for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, or to complete billing already in progress (e.g. invoices needed for tax records). These records are kept only as long as necessary.

5. Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
