  • Form data: the fields and submissions your forms are configured to collect.
  • Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and device/browser information.
  • Billing information, handled by our payment processor (we don’t store card numbers).

We use collected data to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Verify, timestamp, and seal form submissions as configured by you.
  • Send account, billing, and product-related communications.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.

4. Data sharing

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Sealed Form (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payment processing), or when required by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and form data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children’s privacy

Sealed Form isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy periodically. We’ll notify you of material changes by email or through the dashboard.
